Regional Sales Representative



We are a leading organization in the design and manufacture of specialized products for the military and law enforcement.  We require someone who is exceptional at developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing business.



 



Primary responsibilities include:




  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle and build strong relationships with customers

  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts and close new business deals

  • Work closely with sales team to assess customer requirements and ensure successful delivery to customer base

  • 50-70% travel within designated sales region with occasional travel outside said region to cover team commitments

  • Maintain an exemplary level of customer service to existing clients and develop new business within those existing accounts

  • Superior knowledge of our products and offerings achieved through prior experience, intense product training and self education

 



 Qualifications:




  • Prior experience in law enforcement/military using tactical equipment/body armor required

  • Demonstrated success selling to the military, intelligence agencies, federal agencies, state and local governments, foreign governments or law enforcement highly preferred

  • Computer literacy to include Office and Excel

  • BS/BA or equivalent preferred

  • Ability to travel

  • Proven team player

  • Strong presentation, communication, prioritization, and negotiation abilities
